José is a passionate marketing leader & keynote speaker with solid expertise & thought leadership across the marketing mix. He has led for nearly 20 years the overall marketing strategy & execution of well established brands such as Kit Kat, Crunch, Cadbury, Milka or Toblerone. He has a strong track record on revitalizing brands by inspiring teams to deliver breakthrough brand strategies & award-winning campaigns through personalization at scale.

JOSÉ GORBEA

Head of HP Graphics EMEA for Brands & Agencies
With a degree in Law from the Universidad Complutense and the Faculte des Affaires Internationales de Le Havre, Isabel leads WGSN team in Spain and Portugal since 2006. She had develope an international career on production and selling of branded content for the written press as special supplements for prestigious press like Le Monde and The new york times.

ISABEL MESA

WGSN Head of Key Accounts EMEA
Bachelor in Chemical Engineering, Master in Business Communication and postgraduate in General Management (ESADE). Extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic sector. Professor at different universities and business schools, he has been a project evaluator for the European Commission and founder of the international network of cosmetic clusters (Cosmetic Clusters International Network).

IVÁN BORREGO

General Director of the Beauty Cluster Barcelona
Marketing Director of Montibello. It was in 1994 when she started her career as Marketing Director in Dermofarm where she created Comodynes, the first wipes for make-up and tanning. Later, her professional career comprised companies as different and recognized as La Caixa, Women's Secret, Revlon and Mango. She also worked as Advisoring Manager in the high performance advertising and consulting agency Brakebreakers.

PEPA DEL POZO

Marketing Director of Montibello
Linked to the beauty industry since 1999. After her training as a professional stylist, she studied Social Education, Coaching, NLP and Emotional Intelligence, a fact that has helped her to have a complete vision of the training needs of the professional cosmetics industry. Currently, she is responsible for the Department of Education where she supervises the areas related to Design, Training and Shows of Henkel Beauty Care Professional.
